  I am not sure from who
this is, but I had it in my folder. Since I downloaded X3 Albion Prelude 3.0 & Terran Conflict 3.2c [VIPER666] from
here, to replace my older ISO, I saw v3.1 update was not here so decided to share it. 
  
  To install run
X3AP_Update_3.1_2.exe and when it asks for a folder, choose the root folder where you have installed Terran Conflict and
Albion Prelude. It will update the game to 3.1
  
  The file is just a winrar SFX archive, so you can even
manually open it with a zip tool and extract the files yourselves. 
  
  The only thing I have edited myself
from the archive is lang.dat and changed the number to 44 to change the language to English, because it was on another
language (7). 
  
  Just keep in mind when you run the launcher it will still show it is version 3.0, but if
you look at the lower right of the main menu screen you will see that it is actually updated to 3.1. 
  
  I
hope this will help the people that still are looking for the 3.1 update and do forgive the slow upload speed, but I am
hoping after people with high speed upload it, it will have a higher download speed for everyone or maybe it will become
part of the X3 Albion Prelude 3.0 & Terran Conflict 3.2c [VIPER666]~
